Locally Owned Family Business
RTP Physical Therapy is owned by Tavin and Emily Fox. They both grew up in Henderson and currently live in Henderson with their three children, up the road from the clinic. “We love living in Henderson and are so excited to give back to the community that we love so much. Having deep roots here between our upbringing, and raising our kids here drove us to open a physical therapy practice where we live. That way we can help the people we see at our kids’ sports practices, at school pickup or drop-off, at the grocery store, or anywhere else in our community. Now, we can give back to the community that has given so much to us.”

Tavin is a passionate physical therapist who loves helping people get out of pain and back to the activities they enjoy. “Sports and activity were always an important part of my life so I know how important it is to get back to those things you enjoy. The most rewarding part of my job is to see the light in someone’s eyes when they are able to play with their grandchildren again, play a round of golf, or get back to competitive sports. That is exactly why we do what we do.”
Tavin graduated with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from UNLV and has been working in outpatient settings since then. He specializes in providing one on one care and using a combination of techniques to help people reach their goals.

Owner, Marketing/Social Media Specialist
Emily is an owner of RTP Physical Therapy who wears many hats. Primarily she assists in raising her and Tavin’s three wonderful sons, Greyson, Cohen and Logan. In addition to her hard work at home, she assists with marketing, manages the social media accounts, and helps out with multiple other back stage aspects of running the practice.
She was born and raised in Henderson, Nevada and graduated from Utah State with a degree in communicative disorders. She then received a Masters in Early Childhood Education. She taught first grade for CCSD. She has stepped away from teaching and her responsibilities now revolve around her family and the new practice.
